An accomplished entrepreneur with over 25 years in the global music industry, Ritnika Nayan stepped onto the path of holistic wellness in 2015 during a personal low point that ultimately led to deep inner transformation. Her journey from boardrooms and music festivals to energy healing rooms is a testament to the power of resilience, self-discovery, and the mind-body connection.
Ritnika holds a Bachelor’s degree from Hofstra University, New York and a Master’s in Music Business from Westminster University, London. Over the course of her music career, she has worked across the USA, UK, and India, earning accolades like the Young Music Entrepreneur (Runner-Up), UK Alumni Award Finalist – India, and the Indiafrica Visionary Fellowship. She’s the author of Indie 101 — a definitive guide for independent musicians in India — and has been a featured speaker twice at TEDx and music conferences globally.
Her wellness journey began through personal healing experiences with energy work. This sparked a deeper calling, and she trained extensively under international teachers including Chris Eagle (USA).
Ritnika is now a certified: Breakthrough Life Coach with NLP, Hypnosis & Timeline Therapy, NLP Practitioner (ANLP certified), Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) Practitioner (AAMET certified), Spirit Healer using indigenous and shamanic principles Reiki Healer & Oracle Card Reader. Certified Sound Healer (International Academy of Sound Healing, 2019).
Through her practice Natural Vibrations, Ritnika blends modern coaching tools with ancient healing wisdom to guide individuals toward clarity, emotional release, and purpose. Her approach is intuitive, compassionate, and rooted in the belief that healing happens when we align our energy with our truth.
